My Toyota Corolla purchase at Queensboro Toyota was a pleasurable, no hassle experience. The associates were professional and knowledgeable. Three associates in particular I would like to acknowledge: Wilson – was the consummate professional. Cooperative, understanding and compromising in the negotiating process. Jody – has the logistical expertise, he kept me updated on the arrival of my new Corolla and called me whenever new information became available. CJ – was the paperwork expert and technical guru when explaining new features and setting up software on the smartphone. He was patient and kind to a novice of car technology. I was recently at Toyota Queensboro on a Sunday, I will say that it was one of the best experiences buying a car. Christopher and Wilson went above and beyond to help me with the stressful process of buying a car. They are knowledgeable and willing to do what it is necessary for a customer to be happy. The process of documentation was easy and fast, Jeffrey was in charge of this department and he was amazing as well. I never felt pressured by any of the staff at no point, it was a nice experience.
