My husband and I had an amazing experience with the representative that took care of us almost 2 weeks ago. His name is Eddie Olmedo and the financial representative Lawrence Nevit as well. They both took their time explaining and giving us detailed options for getting a new car. Some representatives there usually rush through the process and barely explain and give us faces when we ask questions. Luckily this was not our case this time we had a much better experience than the first time we went there and got a car. We got a lower interest rate and a good plan for the insurance on the car. I would definitely recommend anyone that is planning on getting or trading a car to get the help of Eddie and Lawrence. They will really give you the best options and make the entire process smooth and easy.

At the beginning of this month, my mom bought a car from Mr. Cruz and honestly I felt like I should’ve made this review days ago but I was really busy and did not have the time now that I have the time I would like to come on here and express my gratitude towards Mr. Cruz. I came in due to a lease deal I saw online. I met with CJ at Toyota, who handled the entire process super efficiently. There were no hidden fees or attempts to raise the price at the last minute. I didn't sit for hours. The first day I came in, saw the car and signed the deal in under an hour. When I came to pick up the car, I was there 20 minutes to sign forms and get the car apps setup. CJ had everything ready and showed he valued my time. Great experience.
