Amazing Service

So far my 2nd car in the last 3 years here. The 1st one I bought for my wife, now it was time to treat myself. I went in looking for an economy car like a camry, but ended getting a Rav4. They had to order the color I wanted (Meteor Shower [Gray], and just like they said, four days later they got it and I went to pick it up. Since the second I walked in the door, one of their sales reps, Didier Cruz, treated me like royalty. He walked me thru the entire showroom, explained to me all the features of different models and even bought me coffee lol. I don't plan on buying a new car again anytime soon, but if I do, Im definitely getting another one here.

Didier did a great job showcasing their selection of cars and was able to work with me to find a good price.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with the representative that took care of us almost 2 weeks ago. His name is Eddie Olmedo and the financial representative Lawrence Nevit as well. They both took their time explaining and giving us detailed options for getting a new car. Some representatives there usually rush through the process and barely explain and give us faces when we ask questions. Luckily this was not our case this time we had a much better experience than the first time we went there and got a car. We got a lower interest rate and a good plan for the insurance on the car.
