My Toyota Corolla purchase at Queensboro Toyota was a pleasurable, no hassle experience. The associates were professional and knowledgeable. Three associates in particular I would like to acknowledge: Wilson – was the consummate professional. Cooperative, understanding and compromising in the negotiating process. Jody – has the logistical expertise, he kept me updated on the arrival of my new Corolla and called me whenever new information became available. CJ – was the paperwork expert and technical guru when explaining new features and setting up software on the smartphone. He was patient and kind to a novice of car technology. The staff were all super to work with and I highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle again from Queensboro Toyota.

It’s a dealer so my expectations were low—but exceeded by the team! I often work with Loida and she blew me away going above and beyond yet again when I spoke to her on the phone.
